A Revenue Management System can give a hotel the information and tools needed to make education decisions on strategies and get them implemented efficiently. Before Enrich Revenue would recommend a revenue management system for a client, we would first make sure there is opportunity to improve the hotels revenue above the investment cost of a revenue management system. We do this first by making sure the hotel is maximizing their revenues and distributions in a semi-manual environment. Once this is done we may or may not recommend a system for the hotel, based on the additional value and top-lines a system may provide the hotel. Our experience has shown us that revenue management systems are great when it’s the right system for the right hotel, and not every hotel would or could benefit from having a revenue management system.
