Brief:

Enrich Revenue is looking for a talented and competitive Commercial Executive that thrives in the fast-paced hospitality commercial environment.

What will our Commercial Executive do?

Our Commercial Executive will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls, working with technology and business partners, creating interest through content generation and distribution, qualifying prospects, and helping to close sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales by qualifying inbound leads, outbound calls and emails
  • Understand hospitality client revenue and distribution requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities for further development and closure
  • Help to close sales to achieve targets
  • Research target clients, identify possible leads and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand our database of client prospects
  • Work with partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online presentations to client prospects
  • Prepare newsletters, online posts, case-studies and articles for distribution

Requirements:
  • Proven Commercial Executive experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with hotels and resorts: commercial activities, especially sales, marketing, communications, reservations, revenue, distribution technology, reporting, business intelligence and analytics
  • University degree or equivalent, ideal for recent graduates
  • Minimum experience 1 Year preferred
  • Advanced levels: English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian or Portuguese. (Minimum Spanish and English plus one additional language)

Terms:
  • Initial contact of 6 months, 20 hours a week
  • Contract extension 6 months or increase to 40 hours a week or an Indefinite Contract (based on performance)
